Many unique animals in the world. One of them is in South Africa, it called White Lion.

White lions are not a distinct subspecies.

Baby White Lion

They are rare forms of the subspecies of the Panthera Leo Krugeri. They are a special member because they have a genetic condition. The white lion's skin is cream, but it isn't albinos, cuase they have normal pigmentation in their eyes and skin. The unique cream colour of their skin is caused of a recessive gene.

but are more commonly found in cage, where the breeder deliberately select them. Commonly, the camps they have been breed is in South Africa. It's for use as trophies to be killed when advantaged hunts.

Kevin Richardson is an animal behaviourist (zoologist) currently works in a special facility, it called The Kingdom of White Lion. the Kingdom of White Lion is in Broederstroom, which is 50 miles from Johannesburg. The site was built with the help of Rodney Fuhr and was made for movie set of the white lion.
